These Terms govern your use of ECOMGURU websites, forms, consultations and ecommerce support services. ECOMGURU is operated by Maverick E Lounge FZ LLC. By using the website, submitting an enquiry or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
ECOMGURU provides ecommerce consulting and operational support that may include marketplace setup or management, listing optimization, advertising support, account-health assistance, website services, brand launch support and related services. The exact scope, deliverables, timing and fees for paid work will be stated in a separate proposal, order, statement of work or written agreement.
Free audit and consultations
A free audit or strategy call is preliminary and informational. It is not a guarantee of approval, reinstatement, rankings, sales, profitability, advertising performance or any marketplace outcome. Recommendations depend on the information available at the time and may require further investigation.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate, complete and lawful information; maintain control of your accounts and credentials; review and approve material business decisions; comply with marketplace policies and applicable laws; and obtain necessary rights for products, brands, content and data supplied to us. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary secrets through public forms or ordinary email.
Marketplace independence
Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Etsy, Noon and other platforms are independent third parties. ECOMGURU is not their agent and cannot control their policies, decisions, outages, suspensions, approvals, fees or algorithms. Platform names are used only to describe compatible services.
No earnings or outcome guarantee
Examples, projections, estimates, testimonials and case information are illustrative and do not guarantee future results. Ecommerce outcomes depend on product, pricing, inventory, competition, platform rules, advertising, customer demand and other factors outside our control.
Fees and payment
Paid services begin only after the scope and commercial terms are accepted. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, invoices are payable according to their stated due dates. Third-party platform, advertising, software, shipping, tax and other external costs are the client’s responsibility and will not be purchased on the client’s behalf without authorization.
Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, trademarks, systems and know-how. Rights in custom deliverables are governed by the applicable written proposal or agreement and may remain conditional on full payment. You grant us permission to use materials you provide solely to deliver the agreed services.
Confidentiality and account access
Where access is required, both parties should use reasonable security controls and minimum necessary permissions. We will use confidential client information only to provide services, protect legitimate interests or comply with law.
Acceptable use
You may not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing or abusive activity; submit malicious code; misrepresent identity or authority; or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Disclaimers and limitation
Services and website information are provided with reasonable care but, to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or specific commercial results. Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Any specific liability allocation in a signed agreement takes precedence over this general website term.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement according to the applicable proposal or agreement. We may suspend work for non-payment, material breach, unlawful instructions, security risks or platform-policy concerns. Obligations concerning payment, confidentiality, intellectual property and accrued rights survive where applicable.
Privacy
Personal information is handled under the ECOMGURU Privacy Policy. By booking through Calendly or using connected services, you also interact with those providers under their own terms and privacy policies.
Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect service, operational or legal changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Changes do not retroactively replace separately signed commercial agreements.
Governing terms and conflicts
Any signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement governs the specific engagement. If it conflicts with these website Terms, the signed document controls for that engagement. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights remain unaffected.
